The resolution establishes that they must allow him to communicate with his relatives and interview his legal defense. In addition, the judge ordered that the security and custody of the detainee be under the strict responsibility of the authority at whose disposal he is, who must guarantee his integrity and compliance with legal protocols.
The judicial measure also instructs an actuary of the court to appear in the separos, in the Guerrero neighborhood, where he is detained, to notify him of the resolution and confirm if he wishes to ratify the claim for amparo promoted on his behalf. Failure to do so within three days will result in the suspension.
This appeal seeks to prevent "Don Rodo" from being transferred without due process, in compliance with the Amparo Law.
